I build the systems companies run on, and bring the team up while I do it.
I'm Henry. I co-founded BOSH! and it became cookbooks, a national retail range and an audience of millions who mostly just want dinner sorted.
I work as a founder and a player-coach: still on the pitch, still building, and bringing the team up while I do it. Most of what I build now is AI. The data underneath the business, the pipeline that makes the content, the agents that take repetitive work off a small team.
Here is what all of it comes down to. We already know what good food looks like, and what a well-run company looks like. Most of that knowledge never reaches the people who need it, because it is buried under whatever somebody is selling. Getting past that is the only thing I'm really interested in.
So: a podcast about what we actually eat. A company being rebuilt around AI in public. And work with founders who want the same thing.

Most of what people are told about food is sold to them by someone. The show is an attempt to get past that: proper conversations with people who know what they are talking about, filmed in one take with three cameras and very little polish.

Rebuilding a company around AI
I took BOSH! apart and put it back together around AI. Not a pilot or an innovation project, the work itself: the systems people use every day and the habits underneath them.
I wrote the agent stack, the data layer and the servers that connect them. Some of it worked straight away. A lot of it didn't, and the failures turned out to be the useful part.
